  2. Problem :  When dialing out of the phone book, Qmodem does not switch
  3.            baud rates to what was listed in the directory.
  4.  
  5. Answer  :  This is directly related to Bulletin 1 and the Online /
  6.            Offline indicator.  If the indicator is ONLINE when you go
  7.            to dial from the phone book (Alt-D), the baud rate will not
  8.            be switched because Qmodem assumes you are already online!
  9.            If you are Offline, then the baud rate is changed before
  10.            placing the call.
